solid stay
great feature clean room available choices
the pool was a great feature, close to the beach. the room was very clean. i found the included breakfast very satisfying with the choices available.

the rooms were spacious enough and the beds offered good comfort. the air conditioning worked efficiently and effectively. i noticed the wristbands used to access the room, and this system was simple to use once i understood it.

the location was excellent , only a short walk to the shops and the beach. nearby there was a chinese restaurant that i thought was lovely. a supermarket was located next door and offered bakery items.

a good choice for a brief vacation
complete breakfast convenient location
I found the breakfast choices very complete. there was always plenty available, even for particular eaters like me. the location was also very convenient. It's only a short walk to the main shops and the beach.

the staff were very friendly food choice was also very good i found lots of space by the pool i could always get a sunbed between 9 and 10.
the mini fridge in my room was not working properly it was hot i asked for it to be looked at but nothing happened

small pool area inattentive lifeguard
the location is very close to the beach shops and restaurants
the pool area felt too small for the number of guests i found people cleaning off their shoes in the pool i also noticed a lot of hair floating around the lifeguard did not seem attentive i saw him on his phone quite often

super clean cleanliness varied salads
the staff cleared tables quickly at breakfast. salads were plentiful and very varied there was everything i wanted to eat. the cleaning staff are excellent everything was super clean.
the lifts were slow only two were working this caused some queues at times.

surprisingly good stay!
friendly entertainer food variety towel reservation
The entertainment was great. the entertainers were friendly. the food offered a decent variety. i also appreciated the hotel locking the doors to the pool area until 9 to prevent early towel reservations. That system worked very well . the grounds were also lovely, giving the hotel a luxurious feeling.
i did find it inconvenient that there was no information in the rooms, a small guide would have been useful.

The gardens around the pool gave a luxury feel. the hotel locked pool doors until 9 preventing early towel reservations. this ensured fair access to amenities. It was effective and welcomed.

Breakfast included many options, catering to various tastes even for picky eaters. the food was delicious. The dishes were replenished quickly and efficiently. the variety ensured a satisfying meal, it was AMAZING!!!

The reception team greeted guests warmly and with patience. the dining room staff kept things clean during busy times. the bar team created a cute atmosphere. That's important.

Rooms were super clean and well maintained with regular cleaning. bedding was changed mid-week. the air conditioning worked very well providing a cool, refreshing escape from the outdoor heat. It's what i needed.
